Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Notify us at drinkpaxa@gmail.com; you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

On top of your legal rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your Paxario object, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Conditions

Items should be returned in resaleable condition with original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if unused, unless faulty. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund you within 14 days via your original payment method. Faulty or incorrect items are refunded in full including shipping.
