What we collect

Order and account data (name, address, email, order history), payment data (processed securely by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers), and usage data via cookies and analytics.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders (contract), to send marketing where you have consented, and to secure and improve our store and meet legal obligations (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

Sharing

We share data only with partners that help us run the store (e-commerce platform, payment, shipping, email and analytics providers). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing drinkpaxa@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
